"Louie" will come to life on stage at Malabar Farm State Park in October of 2011 in a dinner theater presentation co-produced by Malabar Farm State Park and the Malabar Farm Foundation. The production of Mark Sebastian Jordan's "Louie" will take place on site at Malabar Farm State Park near Lucas in southern Richland County, Ohio on October 7,8,9 & 14,15,16 2011. The performance starts promptly inside of Louis Bromfield's Main Barn just yards away from his 32-room mansion. Audience members are encouraged to come early and explore Malabar Farm by foot or you can purchase the entire package and take a special self-guided tour of Louis Bromfield’s mansion he aptly called "The Big House". Park volunteers will be on hand inside the mansion and will provide the visitor with a historical story line.

His home was designated as an Ohio State Park in 1976 - the only working farm in the Ohio State Park system - and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Malabar Farm is located 12 mites southeast of Mansfield, Ohio, just one mile west of State Route 603 on Pleasant Valley Road.
